There Are Communities in the Country to Pay Attention To

International Foundation Bulgaria gathered efforts together with the Bulgarian Red Cross to provide 200 families living in Izgrev district (Plovdiv) with food and gifts from Bella Bulgaria - an impressive food package - 3 kg of meats and other products.
The aim of the organizers of the donation is to draw attention to the unresolved problems related to the alarming state of illiteracy, poverty, inhumane treatment and police refusal to respond to violence against women and arranged marriages for the acquisition of a Bulgarian passport, which lead to disqualification from government support for childcare, health insurance, and overall support for a community living below the poverty line.
For a nation to flourish, it must take care of all its citizens, including the poor, the sick, the uneducated and the malnourished. We have a moral obligation to help when needed.
