Students
Bella Academy is a continuation of the policy of the holding for establishment of a direct link between the academia and the business in our country through exchange of experience and joint initiatives. Partners of Bella Academy are the University of Food Technologies (UFT Plovdiv) and the University of National and World Economy (UNWE).
Internship programs
We offer summer and year-round internship programs that help young people in their professional orientation. Bella offers internship in different areas – finance, accounting, marketing, information technology, export, manufacturing, corporate communications and others. Besides becoming part of a real working environment, the interns in the company are also trained under the mentorship of highly qualified experts with international experience, they participate in various corporate projects and go through a variety of in-house trainings. At the end of their internship, depending on the results displayed and the available positions, the interns receive a job offer.
Practices
Our processing factories turn into university halls for practical classes annually. Our specialized program for assistance of young food industry professionals facilitates their access to real production environment. The students have the opportunity to meet and talk with our R&D experts, who are leading experts in the field of technology and innovation in the food industry, to get to see the most modern manufacturing practices and know-how, which helps them gain a complete picture for the nature of the business processes.
Scholarships
Bella Academy initiated the first scholarships for students in the food industry majors in Bulgaria. On annual base competitions are held and the three best students receive a money prize and the possibility for internships within BELLA.
Trainings
Bella Academy offers a range of trainings in different professional realms, as well as seminars, workshops and open lectures with the participation of the management of the holding – professionals with international experience and knowledge in different areas.
