BELLA offers to students to take part in trainee programs of the company throughout the year. That was announced on Career Days exhibition that takes place in Sofia from March 18 to 19.

Traditionally the company conducts summer internship programs lasting two to three months, but this year's intake of trainees will continue throughout the year. Depending on vacancies for trainees in BELLA all young people who successfully completed third grade of their education can apply for internship in various fields - Finance, Marketing, Sales, Export, HR, IT.

`The aim of the internship program is to prepare young people for the real working environment - with BELLA they participate in real cases, giving them the opportunity to apply what they have learned at university into practice`, Zlatislava Medarova - Director of HR Department of the company said. `Besides being able to learn and work with some of the best professionals, trainees go through our basic trainings, which help them to develop their professional skills`, she added.

Internships programs are part of the educational project BELLA Academy, which this year awarded first fellows of BELLA. In addition to scholarship and internship programs, students can engage in workshops and master classes that will be held in leading Bulgarian universities by BELLA Academy lecturers.
