The Largest Investors in TEZ United Around the Concept of JobTiger's Strategic Demand of Staff in the Country

As one of the largest corporate employers in the region of Plovdiv, food holding Bella will take participation in the project of JobTiger's for strategic demand for staff in the country, supported by the Plovdiv Municipality and cluster TEZ (Trakia Economic Zone) – ‘Information career days – Plovdiv’. The project aims to explore opportunities and to create an integrated approach to attracting staff for TEZ from municipalities outside the main focus of recruitment as areas with high unemployment outside Plovdiv and ethnic Bulgarian communities abroad.

I believe this is the right direction and working mechanism for recruitment,’ said Elza Markova during the press conference. In her words, the holding’s pattern of a corporate university ‘Bella Academy’ is an example of a good practice in the field of food industry.
