Bella Bulgaria Is Looking For Talents among University Students

The new Bella Bulgaria’s internships programme was announced at the eleventh edition of the National Career Days Forum (2012, Sofia, Bulgaria). University students who have successfully passed their third academic year are enabled to apply for a two-month internship in sales, marketing, HR, finance, IT, processing or purchase departments.
Successful trainees will be awarded with a certificate from the company. The best will be offered a job or invited to participate in a project.
‘Between 20 and 30 percent of our interns starts their professional career in our company. They are real talents, who show high performance and strong motivation during the internship period’, says Zlatislava Medarova, HR Director at Bella Bulgaria. For Bella Bulgaria summer internship programmes are a long-term initiative because it is believed that inclusion in the real business processes and acquaintance with the contemporary practices are incentives for the development of specific skills in young professionals.
