Bella Bulgaria – 20 Years Inimitable Taste

The company has launched pastry sheets using new improved recipes, with no added conservatives for its HoReCa sector, produced to satisfy consumers’ taste preferences and needs.

“20 years inimitable Bulgarian taste” is the initiative undertaken by Bella Bulgaria holding to celebrate its long-years successful operations as a preferred employer in the regions of Yambol, Plovdiv and Dobrich. Having started its operation in 1997 in Yambol, today the Bulgarian company has a strong international presence and management; it is one of the leaders in the food sector on global scale, developing products according to the leading criteria of the EU for high quality and healthy food.  

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the holding and its leading brand BELLA, in September, new healthy products and promotional packages were launched for the needs of the professional sector and consumers.

“Our leading role on the Bulgarian market, and also a preferred work partner in the South-East Europe food sector, we owe to the constant quality of our products – more than 200 foods in different categories. This success would not be possible without our employees’ engaged in operations”, commented the CEO of holding Bella Elza Markova.

Bella Bulgaria operates on the territory of Yambol since the company was established in 1997. Its start is with an innovation. Bella launched for the first time on the Bulgarian market the product puff pastry. Then followed the development of pastry products with filo pastry and prepared pies with different sizes and fillings; enter on the market of oil products and margarine with different fat percentage; development of fool portfolio with meat products, which are being produced in factories situated in the Plovdiv and Dobrich region (larded salami, boiled smoked delicacies, raw-dried salami, raw-dried delicacies, minced meat and formed minced meat products).

Bella Bulgaria today has offices in Greece and Romania where the company strategy is to continue to expand its market shares. Bella products can be also found on the markets in Europe, America, Australia and the Middle East. In Bulgaria the brand is a preferred partner by professional chefs, restaurants, hotels and cafes.
