‘Bella Academy’ Presented the Role of HR in Industrial Management

Best practices in human resources management in industrial environments were presented during a public lecture of ‘Bella Academy’ at the Technical University (Sofia, Plovdiv Branch). The lecturers of the corporate University of the food holding Bella shared their experience with students and acquainted them with basic activities on analyzing work, recruitment and selection, assessment, training and development, payout and human resources.
‘The purpose of the open lectures is to introduce to students real cases from the work environment so that to illustrate the practical application of knowledge from the university,’ said the lecturers at ‘Bella Academy’ Kosara Ivanova and Ilian Mushev - managers respectively of the 'Selection' and 'Training and Development’ departments at Bella Bulgaria.
‘I think this is a way to make a connection between the business and universities and to bring practical emphasis in the training of students," was the assessment of Assoc. Prof. Tony Mihova, Head of ‘Industrial Management’ department in T echnical University -Plovdiv .
The lectures of ‘Bella Academy’ are part of the educational project that food holding Bella helps for the professional orientation of young people.
