15 students from six universities successfully completed the summer internship programme at the food holding Bella and three of them continue their careers in the company.
‘We are pleased that it is already a tradition to attract some of the most successful students as interns and employees in our company,’ says Zlatislava Medarova, HR Director at Bella Bulgaria. She says the general opinion of the interns this year is that the food holding offers excellent opportunities for students for a successful start of their career and development in a dynamic business environment with high professional standards.
Bella offers summer and year-round internship programmes and gives opportunities to students from different majors to gain experience in a real working environment in different areas - sales, marketing, purchasing, production, human resources, IT, finance, corporate communications, etc. The most successful trainees receive a job offer, pursuant  to their presentation and current vacant positions.
