"Let's roll a banitsa" with Familia in Krushovitsa

The "Let's roll a banitsa" festival, organized for the fourth year in a row in Krushovitsa (Miziya municipality), was held on April 20. Culinary masters from all over the country demonstrated their skills in four categories for the best banitsa - savory, sweet, traditional and non-standard. The organizer Valya Belyashka shared that the festival is becoming the largest thematic festival in the country. According to her, the number of non-standard proposals is increasing and the original recipes presented at this year's edition made it difficult for the jury chaired by chef Andre Tokev.
In addition to the culinary part, the festival offered a rich music and dance program with the participation of improvised ensembles from all over the country. All participants received a special compliment of Familia roll out crusts, and those awarded by the jury received cooking aprons with the sponsor's logo, created for the chefs of the festival as a souvenir from Krushovitsa-2024.
