BELLA Bulgaria Won the Award for the Most Attractive Presentation in the Food and Beverages for Tourism & HoReCa Industry in Sofia

The baked products from BELLA Bulgaria, designed for hotels and restaurants in the country, won the favor of over 150 representatives from the HoReCa sector in Sofia, who visited the exhibition organized by the Patchwork agency on March 12 at the Grand Hotel Millennium in Sofia.

Elitsa Zlateva, HoReCa manager at BELLA Bulgaria, personally received the award from sous-chef Tsvetelina Yordanova – the head chef of Grand Hotel Millennium.

‘We thank you for the trust and the high evaluation of the mix of products that combines Mediterranean, oriental, and contemporary trend cuisine in our portfolio,’ said Elitsa Zlateva regarding the award. According to her, the attention was drawn to the Pinza pizza base, Donut with savory fillings, kunefe, pistachio donut, and Biscoff Lotus cream donut.

The professional HoReCa team of BELLA Bulgaria – BELLA Professional Partners – celebrated the award and once again showed their commitment to winning all awards in the development of new culinary trends.

Award-winning products from the BELLA Bulgaria stand for hotels and restaurants:

The Pinza pizza base, made from a mix of flours that gives a light and fluffy texture to the base, resulting from the specific 24-hour fermentation of the dough. Pinza is a convenient product that is prepared by adding desired toppings and baking it for an additional 5 minutes in the oven. Pinza is the only professional-use pizza base that allows the preparation of culinary options like catering bites and sandwich toast.

Pizza Donut is an innovative product shaped like a donut and filled with savory ingredients from favorite pizzas. It is available in two sizes (standard and XL) and different flavors – Margherita, bacon and cream, cheeseburger, cream cheese, etc. It is baked in special ovens with stone plates from Mount Etna.

The sweet options include the pistachio donut and the Biscoff Lotus donut.
