Bella Bulgaria with an Exclusive Participation at HTIF 2023 with a Tasting Presentation Exhibition

This year's Hotel & Tourism Investment Forum gathered together the owners and managers of more than 350 premium brands from the hotel business and related branches in Bulgaria (October 2023, Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia*****). The event was held under the patronage of the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism.
The professional division of Bella Bulgaria – Bella Professional Food – was the exclusive representative of the HoReCa business in the country. The innovative proposals for seasonal and themed menus for all inclusive and a-la-carte set were presented. The premium offers for sweet and salty flavours received positive response: the Creta gyros series, Creta Mediterranean cocktail meatballs, the Portuguese refined dessert Pastel de nata, the traditional oriental delights – various offers of baklava with pistachio, walnut, cocoa and cream.
Within the framework of the forum, the premiere for Bulgaria of the vegan menus from the HoReKa portfolio of Bella Bulgaria under the Verdino Green Foods brand, suitable for hotel guests who follow a special diet, took place. Vegan products are developed on the basis of pea and soy protein – cheddar in the form of a slice, burger, bacon food in the form of a slice and mini meatballs.
