The aim of the Forum is to meet the future food industry specialists, current students at the University of Food Technologies and students from specialized high schools – training staff for the industry, with business representatives and to enable direct contact and negotiation.
Bella Bulgaria offers year-round internships and practices in the field of food production.
With the summer and year-round internships, the food company supports the young people in their professional orientation. Bella offers internships in different areas - finance, accounting, marketing, information technology, export, manufacturing, corporate communications, and other. Except that students become part of a real work environment, the interns are trained under the guidance of highly qualified experts with international experience, they are involved in various corporate projects and multiple internal trainings. At the end of their internship, depending on the results shown and vacant positions, the trainees can receive a job offer.
Annually the processing factories of Bella Bulgaria become university halls for practical classes. The Specialized Assistance Program for young food professionals facilitate their access to the real production environment. The students have an opportunity to meet and talk with leading R&D experts, experts in the field of technology and innovation in the food industry, to touch on the state-of-the-art manufacturing practices and know-how which helps them get a complete picture of the nature of business processes.
