Maritsa Newspaper: Milk with almonds and croissant with herbs won scholarships to students

Three students from the University of Food Technologies received scholarships at the amount of 2 000 leva in BELLA Academy`s competition. The winners received their symbolic checks by the CEO of BELLA Mrs. ELza Markova and Prof. Kolyo Dinkov DSc, Rector at UFT.
All participants received certificates for successful performance in the scholarship programme. The first winner - Mary-Kristin Nemska proposed development of a new milk product with extract of almonds, peanuts and hazelnuts. The idea that launched the second winner Milka Dimova, was a French croissant with Bulgarian herbs. Milan Serafimov proposed new ideas for pastry products, adding cake batter, cookies and crackers, as well as easier packages.
`You are all talented young people with unlimited potential. We believe that our first scholars will be also our long-term employees. Only in 2013 110 colleagues celebrated 10th anniversary in our company`, Markova said.
