Bella bugatsa with cocoa cream was awarded the prize from the national competition of the Union of Food Industry (UFI) "Food Industry - New Products and Technologies 2024". This is a frozen product that is offered in innovative packaging, which allows for its extremely convenient preparation. It is only necessary to slightly peel off its top and bake for 35-40 minutes in the tray of the packaging itself. Bugatsa is distinguished by a unique taste, suitable for any meal - a great snack or dessert. The filling of delicate cocoa cream is wrapped in crispy puff pastry.
Traditionally, the FUI distinguishes innovative products on the Day of the Food Industry in Bulgaria. This year's edition is the 21st in a row and was held within the framework of the scientific and practical conference with international participation on the topic "The Food Industry in Bulgaria - Present and Future" in Sofia.
